It Ends With us 2024 Plot

Lily Bloom, a hopeful entrepreneur, moves to Boston after her father’s death to begin a fresh chapter in her life. There, she meets Ryle Kincaid, a charming and driven neurosurgeon. Although Ryle is hesitant at first to commit to a serious relationship, he and Lily eventually fall in love, leading to a deep and passionate romance.

As Lily’s relationship with Ryle grows, she starts to struggle with memories of her troubled past, including her difficult relationship with her father and childhood experiences. She also reconnects with Atlas Corrigan, a caring and protective friend from her past, which makes her question her relationship with Ryle, especially when Ryle begins to have angry outbursts and physically hurts her.

It Ends with Us Box Office Collection

Firstly, talk about the budget. “It Ends with Us“ has a total budget of $25 million. And made a total of $80 million at Box Office Worldwide.

The success of It Ends with Us at the box office is largely due to Colleen Hoover’s fans and female audiences. Hoover has a huge following; her books have sold tens of millions of copies, even as the publishing industry struggles. It Ends with Us is one of her most popular books, selling over a million copies worldwide and being translated into more than 20 languages. In the early 2020s, the book became popular again, partly because it was frequently featured in TikTok videos.

The film’s success is a positive boost for the box office, which is still down about 16 percent compared to the same time last year.

“Pure romance is not a big performer at box office , but occasionally the right story based on the right book comes along, and with a strong female lead, the movie really takes off,” said David A. Gross, a film consultant who writes a newsletter on box office results. “That’s what’s happening here.”
