So, the story starts with the New York City Fire Department’s (FDNY) July 1904, when firefighters find more than thirty people frozen to death inside a gentlemen’s club, A strange chant plays from an old record player. The only person left alive is a woman wearing armour, holding a strange glowing ball.
In the present day, Callie Spengler, along with her boyfriend Gary Grooberson and her kids Trevor and Phoebe, live in the old New York firehouse. Meanwhile, their friends, Lucky Domingo and Podcast, team up with Winston Zeddemore and Ray Stantz. After catching the Hell’s Kitchen sewer dragon, the team faces backlash and threats from Mayor Walter Peck, someone who has been against the Ghostbusters for a long time.
