Mahindra XUV700 Reaches 2Lakhs Production Milestone and Introduces Exciting New Colors

Mahindra has achieved a major milestone by producing its 200,000th XUV700 SUV in just 33 months. To celebrate this they have introduced two new colors i.e Deep Forest and Burnt Sienna. Burnt Sienna is a special color just for the XUV700, making a total of nine colors available.

The Mahindra XUV700 has quickly become a favorite among Indian customers because of its eye-catching design, smooth yet powerful driving, great performance, top-notch safety features, and advanced technology. It also offers unique features for its segment like Alexa integration, level-2 ADAS, and a 26.03 cm dual HD Super screen that serves as both an instrument console and a touchscreen infotainment system.”These innovations have made the XUV700 perfect for city driving and long road trips. It has won 40 major awards, including the “2022 Indian Car of the Year.”

Mahindra XUV700 won India’s “Safer Choice Award” for 2022 and has a 5-star crash test Global NCAP rating.Also It received the highest safety rating in Global NCAP’s #SaferCarsForIndia campaign, with five stars for adult protection and four stars for child protection.

Mahindra XUV700 Production

Mahindra reached 100,000 units in production within 21 months of launch, and the next 100,000 units were produced in just one year. Despite launching during the pandemic, the XUV700 exceeded expectations. Production has stabilised in recent years with increased allocation for the SUV, meeting demand, and reducing waiting times for customers.

Exciting Features

In January 2024, Mahindra launched the updated version of  XUV700 with various new features like ventilated front seats, memory ORVMs, and a new Napoli Black color. They also introduced new models, including the AX5 Select, MX 7-seater, and Blaze edition, making the XUV700 more appealing to a wider range of customers. To meet the strong demand, Mahindra has increased its production capacity for faster deliveries. Prices for the XUV700 start at ₹ 13.99 lakh and go up to ₹ 24.24 lakh (ex-showroom).
