Enhanced Voice Control by adding Chat Gpt to its infotainment systems through MicroSoft Azure OpenAI Service.Starting in July, around two million Audi models have been made since 2021. In models with the new E3 1.2 electronics system, debuting in the Q6 e-tron 1, Audi’s enhanced voice assistant is activated by saying “Hey Audi” or using the push-to-talk button. The voice assistant can perform vehicle functions, find destinations, and give weather forecasts, sending questions to ChatGpt for general knowledge answers.
Don’t think about data security because it is a top priority. After processing all the questions and answers, all data will be deleted to ensure privacy. Additionally, ChatGPT does not have access to vehicle data.
In the future, this AI-powered feature will allow users to ask specific types of questions about the vehicle, like the correct tire pressure, etc. Audi plans to fully harness AI’s to improve the customer experience and streamline business processes.
